ORDERING INFORMATION

Shipping November through Christmas via UPS in the continental United States. We are unable to ship to CA and AZ due to burdensome regulations. All packages to apartment, office, and other multi story buildings must contain the floor number and room number in the address. Any additional UPS charges for corrections to the address will be billed to you or automatically charged to your credit card.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

All gifts are sent by UPS Ground Service, unless noted otherwise. All packages to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands, require special handling and additional shipping charges. If you need a gift to be shipped in a hurry, UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or Special 3 Day Service is available. Please call 1-800-289-2775 for current shipping charges. WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES, APO-FPO OR FOREIGN COUNTRIES.

HOLIDAY AND SPECIAL OCCASION ORDERS

Please order early to ensure delivery. We will do our best to have your gift arrive as close to the date you specified, though a specific delivery date cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to adjust shipping dates due to adverse weather conditions. FOR Christmas delivery please have your order reach us by DECEMBER 10TH.
